3D Printing/Prototyping

We use the Stratasys F170 FDM printer to fabricate objects (max volume of 10" x 10" x 10") in a variety of plastics including ASA, ABS and flexible TPU.  We specialize in hardware integration and prototype evolution where we rapidly iterate between design and 3D print tests (partial prints) to evolve the design to meet project specifications. By combining the design and printing operation all under one roof, design flaws can be quickly identified on the spot and fixed more quickly and inexpensively than if these services were provided by separate companies. We have integrated electronics (circuit boards and sensors) into custom housings, developed fluid manifolds and liquid transfer devices, and evolved prototypes of a number of consumer goods.
